What’s up with this FedEx lawsuit? It seems like a pretty big deal, especially given the amount of money at stake ($175bn is no small potatoes, after all). I mean, it’s not just about the company getting reimbursed - it’s also about setting a precedent for other businesses that might have been affected by these tariffs. Like, what if another company comes along and says “hey, we were unfairly penalized too”? Would they be able to get their money back as well? I’m really curious to see how this plays out… and do you guys think FedEx has a good case here?
