Yesterday, the Department of Justice announced the creation of something called the “Anti-Weaponization Fund.” $1.776 billion in taxpayer money, allocated to compensate Trump allies who believe they were unjustly investigated or prosecuted. It was framed as correcting injustice. Democrats called it a slush fund. Congressional Republicans largely said nothing.
