Let’s just address the elephant in the room first.
The tracker is down.
Not because I gave up. Not because Congress stopped doing things (genuinely, ha). But because government APIs are held together with the legislative equivalent of duct tape and a prayer, and my storage limits decided to stage their own revolt right around the time Congress was staging several of its own. The irony of a tool designed to track government dysfunction being taken out by government dysfunction is not lost on me. I have made peace with it. Mostly.
